Executive Leadership

Our leadership team has held executive positions in the accounts receivable management industry for providers and revenue cycle consulting firms. This broad experience allows us to view all aspects of the healthcare collection world to truly understand the relationship between customer service and cash collections.

Tim McCarthy: Managing Partner, Strategy and Finance

Tim McCarthy served as National Director of the revenue cycle reengineering practice for the healthcare division of KPMG Consulting. His experience brings a critical understanding that every client is different and has specific needs and requirements. As a result, RevMD offers customized solutions to meet every healthcare provider’s needs. His 30 years of experience also includes extensive reviews, demonstrations and product testing, workflow development, organizational structure development and policies improvement, enabling RevMD to devise tailored, best-of-practice solutions for each client.

Mr. McCarthy served in numerous management-level positions within healthcare providers and fully understands client challenges. He served as Service Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations for a large hospital system in the Midwest and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle for this system.

He also has conducted numerous healthcare revenue cycle speeches and presentations for HFMA and ACA and has served on the National HFMA Key Performance Indicator committee.

Mr. McCarthy focuses on client strategy and workflow/procedure development for the company.

Nick DiGiovanni III: Managing Partner, Operations and Technology

Nick DiGiovanni, III, brings 16 years of healthcare and consulting experience to RevMD. Mr. DiGiovanni is an industry leader in healthcare accounts receivable management operations. He has developed leading workflows, policies, procedures, and reporting for healthcare early-out collections and insurance follow-up. As a value-added service, he also conducts client-specific training programs to improve internal operations.

Prior to joining RevMD, he was Senior Vice President of Operations at RCS, a healthcare accounts receivable firm. While at RCS, Mr. DiGiovanni was responsible to the day-to-day operations of the company. In this capacity, he orchestrated all technology and staffing priorities and practices. Ultimately, Mr. DiGiovanni's primary responsibility was optimal client performance.

Along with his in-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, Mr. DiGiovanni has designed system functionality to support best-of-practice processes and workflows for optimal account management. This allows RevMD to continually improve our technological abilities as revenue cycle needs evolve.

Nick DiGiovanni, Jr.: Managing Partner, Client Services

Nick DiGiovanni, Jr., has more than 40 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable outsourcing and bad debt collections. Prior to founding RevMD, Mr. DiGiovanni successfully owned and operated several healthcare outsourcing firms.

His considerable experience brings to RevMD a full understanding of the day-to-day intricacies and concerns associated with the revenue cycle, and more importantly, outsourcing healthcare receivables.

Mr. DiGiovanni is a past President of the American Collector’s Association (ACA), which is the highest achievable level in our industry. He is a certified customer service and collections instructor and has published numerous articles on managing healthcare receivables.

Mr. DiGiovanni focuses on business development, sales and marketing strategies, and client services for the company.

Francis Hollweck: Executive Director

Francis Hollweck offers more than 15 years of healthcare experience from both Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, focusing primarily on finance and revenue-related projects. He has assisted large health systems in revenue recognition studies, and has constructed various financial models for executive use. His areas of expertise include financial analysis and revenue cycle performance improvement across a spectrum of health care providers.
