We have held executive positions in the accounts receivable management industry, for providers and revenue cycle consulting firms. This broad experience allows us to view all aspects of the healthcare collection world to truly understand the blend between customer service and cash collections.
NICK DiGIOVANNI JR.
Mr. DiGiovanni, Jr. has 38 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable outsourcing and bad debt collections. Prior to founding REVMD, Mr. DiGiovanni successfully owned and operated several healthcare outsourcing firms.
His considerable industry experience brings to RevMD a full understanding of the intricacies associated with the revenue cycle, and more important today, outsourcing healthcare receivables.
Mr. DiGiovanni is a past President of the American Collector’s Association (ACA), which is the highest achievable level in our industry. He also has held every office position in the Illinois Collector’s Association, including President.
Mr. DiGiovanni is a certified customer service and collections instructor and has published numerous articles on managing healthcare receivables.
Mr. McCarthy has 26 years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle industry as well as a unique background serving in senior revenue cycle leadership roles at large healthcare providers/systems, market leading consulting firms and accounts receivable management/outsourcing companies. This broad experience allows REVMD to incorporate all tangent views when providing our services.
During his tenure in various positions in the industry, Mr. McCarthy conducted numerous revenue cycle operational reviews, system development, workflow design and procedure/policies improvement.
Mr. McCarthy has conducted numerous healthcare revenue cycle speeches and presentations for HFMA and ACA. He also served on the National HFMA Key Performance Indicator (KPI) committee.
NICK DiGIOVANNI III
Mr. DiGiovanni III has 15 years of collective revenue cycle healthcare and consulting experience. Mr. DiGiovanni is an industry leader in healthcare accounts receivable management operations. He has developed leading workflows, policies, procedures and reporting for healthcare early-out collections, insurance follow-up and bad debt collections.
Along with his in-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, Mr. DiGiovanni has designed system functionality to support best-of-practice processes and workflows for optimal account management. This allows REVMD to continually improve our technological abilities as revenue cycle needs evolve.
Per request and as a value-added service, Mr. DiGiovanni has conducted client specific training programs to improve internal operations.
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Rosetti has 21 years of experience in healthcare information systems with a focus on system integration and application development. His years of interaction with revenue cycle personnel brings a vast knowledge of ongoing operational challenges and associated information system solutions.
Mr. Rosetti has successfully interfaced all major healthcare accounts receivable management systems, such as EPIC, Siemens, McKesson, Medipac and Meditech. Based on this experience, he has developed numerous state-of-the-art system integration templates
Mr. Rosetti has served on several information technology design committees.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Kiechle has 22 years of experience in healthcare system architecture development and computer telephony integration.
Prior to REVMD, Mr. Kiechle founded Foster Technologies, a leading software company specializing in system and database design, systems integration, website automation, VOIP technologies, interactive voice response, and predictive dialing technology. His technology has been successfully installed at numerous providers throughout the country.
Mr. Kiechle is a certified system engineer specializing in complex healthcare information technology. He also has served on numerous revenue cycle reengineering projects.
